Alice in Chains
Formed in 1987 in Seattle, Washington; disbanded in 2002, due to the tragic death of singer Layne Staley. They are often credited as one of most popular bands from the "grunge" era. The band reunited in 2006 with a new, William DuVall, and are now working on new material for their first album since 1995. edit info
