Review Summary: IF YOU ARE A FALSE DON'T ENTRY
These guys from Peru don't screw around. They follow in the path of a long line of South American extreme metal bands like Vulcano, Sarcofago, Sepultura, Parabellum, Pentagram, Hadez, and the like. I have to say they do their predecessors honor. While the music here isn't pushing boundaries, they take what was laid down in the past and execute it very well. This is blackened death-thrash in the same line as I.N.R.I. If you are looking for a vicious slab of extreme metal look no further. I think the cover art speaks volumes.
The production is very good for a demo. The riffs and solos in this are very good. The rhythm section is very good. The vocals are absolutely insane. They took the crazy falsettos by Wagner "Antichrist" Lamounier of Sarcofago and pushed it even further where it's hard not to uncontrollably laugh when you hear them. The falsettos are spread around the demo and performed at just the right moments. There's also pitch-shifted demon vocals here and there, because that's how you completely own on an album, and they know this.
The album starts out with a short 10 second classical orchestrated intro(like I said these guys don't screw around), before they bend you over like the album cover in the first song called Goat Semen. Lyrics are growled, barked, moaned, and then screamed at the top of their lungs. If you pay attention behind the vocal madness, you will hear the awesome riffs going on as well. I'm going to just stop here, because there's nothing more to say about this demo other than it's an ace demo, and if you like extreme metal it's definitely worth hearing.
