Are you fricken kidding me? This is such an amazing first release by any artist! Orchid was Opeth's first album, and just because they were a silly bunch of pretentious death metal nerds back then doesn't take away from what amazing musicians they were. The guitar work, bass work, drums, vocals (both growled and sung), on Orchid are very well done. Seriously, don't let the presence of just one vote put you off to this album. At least try it, and there will be some of you that will be very glad that you did.
