Retractor, you bore me with your unimaginative album named The False Memory. Each song seems compressed, as if there is some beast waiting to jump out, but that time never comes. Synths aren't exactly minimalistic on this album, but they lack any sort of lead or hook that the listener can attach themselves to. This actually may have been a decent album due due to a few good, but hidden ideas.
