"Soul To Squeeze" alone makes this a needed listen. And "Sikamikanico" is great also, probably the most punk the Peppers have sounded outside of "Punk Rock Classic", and "Fela's Cock" is also pretty sweet, especially for an instrumental. Outside of those three there are remixes and live performances, but those aren't really essential by any means. The Plasma Shaft is a good pick-up for fans of the band, but is worth listening to based on the three aforementioned songs. "Soul To Squeeze" is perfect, never understood why that wasn't on any of their albums. Could've fit into Californication without so much as a hitch.
