Finding a balance between chill music and music I can be active with has always been a challenging thing for me. Chill music is something I can listen to only when I'm in a relaxed mood and doing very light activities. However, Of Birds has the power to fill both of these shoes; even though a quick skim may give the sound of a pure chill album, there is a subtle energy on this album that really makes it a well rounded listen.
