A very good slice of early 90s Alternative Rock. I was surprised to not only find the album
not present in the database, but the band was not present either.
Anyway, Dear Dear is nothing shocking. It contains mostly straight-laced rock tunes which
have flairs of catchiness and sing-a-long accessibility. Despite the negative connotations
these qualities can entail, the album does not come across as shallow or monotonous but is
instead rather exciting at times and memorable at others. The album is also diverse to an
extent featuring off-beat, but still mainly rock centred, tracks such as Music Man
and Book

The lead track, the catchy She La, and the pleasingly off-putting Book are
highlights but there are several others that are not far behind.

Great band, somewhat forgotten but they have the formula down pat.
