Well this is a band next to nobody has heard of because they are "underground" if you like. Their music is amix of deep guitar riffing and child like lunacy.

The Band is as follows:

Mike Francis: Lead Vocals(except on Holding the World)/Rythym Guitar
Hansen McDorn: Bass/vocals
Dan Haney: Lead Guitars/keyboards/vocals
Rik Slumms: Drums

Now thats's out of the way here are the tracks:

1. Oscar, Betty and the Lemon Tree: This song clearly shows what this band are about, talented young friends having a laugh and making some decent music. The lyrics are silly but the music is heavy and the chorus is very catchy despite just being very simple. The guitar parts in this are surprisingly technical with Dan pulling off a good solo halfway through. 4/5

2. How do they Do it?: Another impressive song about some dickheads who always seem to "win" in whatever circumstances. The lyrics are more intelligent than O,B+LT but there is less atmosphere as there is only a singles guitar part. 4/5

3. Rectum Song: This is guaranteed to make you laugh! It's so weird but so funny! At only a minute long this song is insainly memarable because of the abnormal keyboard effects and loose drumming creating a phsycadellic dreamy atmosphere with lyrics about well...rectums! 5/5

4. Don't Tug at My Sphinkter!: This song starts off with some driving bass work into a drumroll and heavy thrashing of the guitar. I can't really say much about the Lyrics as it's just the title shouted over and over again. There is some brilliant guitar work halfway through and near the end but little else positive to say apart from the great song name. 2.5/5

5. Deep Man: Some exaggerated classical piano work leads us into this punk rock overloaded power surge! I have to admire Riks drumming because he's so solid throughout and Mike really makes this track great with his great vocals and rythym work whilst dan piles on some cool guitar licks over the top. Definately worth listening to! 5/5

6. Holding the World: The only acoustic track written by Dan sounds a bit like some stuff by Led Zeppelin off Led Zeppelin III. The track is quite mature (for this band) but Dan still delivers some strange lyrics like: " why eat haggis if you can afford spam" and "could be a circumcised monk sitting in my shower"-V.Odd 3/5

7. Grannie are you Dead Yet?: Some insanely cool guitar fx work drives this track along with some good singing and funky basslines. The riff that joins in after about 35secs is kick a55 but leaves you wondering why call a funk metal workout "Grannie are You Dead Yet?". Short but Sweet 4/5

If you see this album around you should buy it, there are some good songs and funny lyrics that make this band so different at the moment.

The other 3 are "bonus" tracks added after they did some touring which are not on the album I have.

Sorry to disappoint.
