I may like this a little more than I should but it?s so nostalgic for me. Sounds a lot like what I?d listen to in high school and early college years. I didn?t even know the post-hardcore scene was still around.

This isn't as good as their EP, but still pretty solid. The new clean singer can get
a little grating tho, I feel like they overused him and underused the screams which are
fantastic for this type of music
The guitars are still solid, making some sweet technical riffs and melodic leads, as
well as throwing down some solos from time to time

Nostalgic emotional metalcore embracing a poppier side of things, the clean vocals stand out with some incredibly catchy hooks, and while the composition doesnt necessarily offer anything brand spanking new, the instrumentals are still creative and catchy. The growls form a solid backbone, but I´m missing a bit of variety.

Tracks like 'Phoenix' definitely make this album shine. The dual vocals (notably the cleans) and lead guitar are outstanding. That being said, some songs were pretty mediocre. I believe if they keep this line-up and go about their next release with more depth/planning, these guys will be golden.
