Review Summary: The lyrics are pure genius at a couple of instances. This is the kind of music, one can listen while chilling and while deep thinking. There’s something for everyone in here.

The first time I saw the video for the song “Uncomfortable” by Sigrid Zeiner, I was awe struck. Ever since then I have been following this artist closely and checking out most of her music. Her debut E.P. "Uncomfortable" has 4 songs

Uncomfortable: This song should be topping the charts. Not only is it catchy but the lyrics are meaningful and expressive something very rare in pop music today. Sigrid’s vocals have the perfect amount of attitude and trills. Production of the song is top notch. What I love the most is the video of this song, the concept is simple yet enticing, a must watch

Microheart: After hearing Uncomfortable none of the other songs in the E.P. impressed me as much. The production is great on this song too, a good use of sampling for sure.

Overload: Another lyrical genius from Sigrid, her voice is beautiful on this one. Overload is slightly dark, bringing a nice transition in the E.P.

Powerrights: “You close your eyes to hide from the truth you hold, one you never told” I think these lyrics are enough to explain how beautiful this song is, gave me goose bumps.

Overall, a very well produced E.P., definitely worth listening to over and over again. The lyrics are pure genius at a couple of instances. This is the kind of music, one can listen while chilling and while deep thinking. There’s something for everyone in here.
