In Yours, Dreamily Auerbach stretches his boundaries a bit beyond the comfort zone of the Black Keys. There is a garage-rock attitude above all, however, in instances, this is blended with some jazz ("Velvet Ditch"), mellotron ("Put a Flower in Your Pocket") and trip-hop ("Rosie") elements which create a diverse yet cohesive overall output. Recommendations: "The Arc", "Put a Flower In Your Pocket", "Outta My Mind", "Chains of Love"r

Great record that builds off of the black keys formula. Adds in experimental effects that lead to me getting a psychedelic feeling from this album. Definitely one of my favorites from this year.

Put a Flower in Your Pocket is probably my favorite song off of this album. I feel like The Arcs
have cultivated a sound that similar to, but more polished than that of singer Dan Auerbach's main
band The Black Keys. I cant get enough of this album right now.
