This German metal company of men has chosen one of the best thrash metal songs to name their band, so the question is: is Decades of Pain nearly as good? The blunt truth is that the band must try harder in order to become as a good as some of its peers and veterans of the genre. Sure, their guitarist is a riff master, the band as a whole has a decent level of musicianship and song writing ability, but for now Toxic Waltz seem to lack a distinct identity; influences range from heavy/power to thrash metal, but they don't end up yielding truly remarkable music.
