I really dig what Gold Panda is going for here. The emotional tension in the release is crazy-- the ominous intro, then the serene title track, and the cut-and-dry "Car." Man, I wouldn't at all mind if Schlecker continues to pursue this more subdued direction. "Brazil" suggests otherwise, at least in some fronts (read: dem drumz,) but either way we'll have one hell of an exciting release on our hands.
