I understand this helped b boys break into the mainstream, but this album definitely isn't a favorite. I can't stand fight for your right and girls. Paul Revere is probably my favorite track off of this. Tight reverse beat. Great review.

To be honest this album is average, probably their worst.

The Beasties were absolutely awesome back when I was 11. I still find them so.
This album is more nostalgic than anything.
You REALLY need to spell-check this review, dude.

TERRORIZIN SUCKAS ON THE SEVEN SEAS
Shit owns. I don't care what you guys say. I must have played this tape 500 times back when I was 10. Still owns. These songs are anthems.

I did it like this, I did it like that. I did it with the whiffle ball bat.
SO I PULLED OUT THE JAMMY AND I SQUEEZED OFF SIX
Every song on this album is great.
I SHOT BETTY CROCKER
lol @ Kerry King in the Brooklyn video.
ALI BABA AND THE FOOOORTY THIEVES
Right on, man.
Licensed to Ill has sold over 9 million copies, almost as much as all of their other albums combined.
This album was very influential, brought hip hop to so many more people, and was huge when it dropped. Every track jams and they are still hip hop anthems to this day. This is a certifiable classic hip hop record.
To see you busters in this thread with shitty ratings and claiming this album is their worst, or that it is an average record, is a complete joke. How old are you? Do you even know shit about hip hop? Were you even alive when this god damn album came out?
