they're not a bad band at all, but they try way too hard to be against christianity. it's almost annoying. but i guess that's kind of their style.

Deicide's best album that I've heard. The title track and Death to Jesus kick it off very nicely, and their "hit" Homage for Satan has some great blast beats.

This band's name to me is the perfect example of why modern metal sucks. It just tries way too hard these days. Good review though.

everybody likes the vocals better on the new albums, but I dont like them as much, because yeah they sound more intense, but theyre incomprehensible and sound crazy, I like them best on albums like Serpents of the light, because theres a good combination fo both the old and new school ones

I love this album. It just seems to flow. Every song is good. Its melodic at times, almost consistently brutal, glenns vocals are great, and the guitar work is fantastic.



probably one of the better new death metal albums out there. I would put it up with kill, dechristianize, and nightmares made flesh.
