Great album, far better than meteora and minutes to midnight (recycled album and limp album). But i think that their career is behind them, they don't really have talent and after this first good album they didn't manage to do another good one (even if they just bring out an album every 4 or 5 years) : next album in 2014 and there will be 10 fantastic songs on it (no i'm joking, only 1 or 2 as usual)

Linkin Park are pretty bad as a whole, including this album. Probably the worst album ever to be considered a nu metal "classic"This Message Edited On 10.13.08

I think this album is a classic. It's by no means the best album out there, far from it, but it is still a classic album. To me, anyways.
I still like this album. And from time to time, when I'm listening to some Slayer, Lamb of God, or something, Ithink "why not listen to some LP?" and pop this album on.
To me, a classic is an album that years after it's release, people still listen to it and it's still a great listen. So I rate it classic (or, a 5, as it's known on this site)

Awesome album. Simple, emotional and effective. Great angst as well.

This was the first album I ever liked, back when I was only 13. After this, I got into other nu-metal bands like slipknot and disturbed. From there I evolved into other stuff. I owe all of his to Linkin Park, but I don't really listen to this album that much anymore... Its not bad but not awesome either...

This album isn´t as much poppy I thought it is... sure, sometimes it sounds kinda like Limp Bizkit and rarely KoRn, but it´s very good and sometimes even original

Hybrid Theory is their best.I'm not sure what to call their worst-I didn't like Minutes to Midnight too much and Meteora felt like HT recycled. So I'll say screw it and say Reanimation blows, because it does.

this and p.o.d.-s "Satellite" are the albums that brought me to more heavier music. I still think it`s good though. I really liked the lyrical content on this one.

I mostly listen to LP nowadays for the sheer hilarity of the lyrics. Still a good album though.

Someone else! Because the lyrics on this album are awesome in context to the fact that you listen to it when you're feeling angsty.
