Agreed, this is one possible meaning. The dancer to me seems like a tragic figure that doesn't get the love he/she deserves maybe because of selfishness or inability to go the extra mile (bleed) in order to receive the "true" love he/she deserves. So it's heaven and hell because you want to give love but up to a point and not completely.

It's very different from Ozzy's era, but, putting aside Paranoid and Master OF Reality, it's the best thing they made. Heavy, fast, melodic, sometimes funky, it's an epic release to any degree.
