i know you like the classic, more speed oriented stuff and this is far from that. you haven't heard this for a reason and those ratings that you are seeing are way too high in my opinion.....mine is too high, this is a 3

Ah, right. That's a correct assumption. Master of the Rings is the only Andi Deris album I've listened and I did enjoy it. I'll probably check this one in the near future after The Time of the Oath and Better Than Raw.

idk man, i definitely prefer MOTR. Maybe the timing of its release has something to do with it as it was a sure sigh of relief considering the two duds that came before it. I like this too though.

This album is amazing, really heavy riffs and good lyrics. Escalation 666 is my fav on the album, maybe because it's the darkest song they have done to date. "All Over The Nations" not really my cup of tea, it could've been OK on a previous Helloween record but on this one it is out of place.
