Too many highlights to count, really. Black Rose Immortal by itself is enough - To Bid You Farewell along with it. The other tracks, too, are absolutely brilliant.

Opeth's best release. Their most true release, where they express their musical abilities without confining their music to give more appeal, as with everything Still Life on.

Not to mention the acoustic interlude on Black Rose Immortal is the most tragic and beautiful thing Opeth's ever written.
