No it's damn near classic.

A mainstream punk classic for sure, but in the overall scheme of things it's about a 4.6-4.75

toxin.

This is possibly my favourite album of all time featuring my favourite song of all time being the good left undone. This is arguably Tim McIlrath's finest vocal work and certainly their best musicianship before they turned slightly mainstream on Appeal To Reason but nonetheless are still great today and the greatest punk band of the last two decades. Recommended Tracks:all of them but specifically The Good Left Undone, Injection and Prayer Of The Refugee.
