awww i was gonna review this but I love everything this album is about. shows how all the flowery, poetic, abstract crap some of these emo bands (or writers or directors or anything really) do can easily get to a point where it just becomes interchangeable and meaningless self strokery. I think the best part is if Jarrod seriously did everything he was parodying here, people would be calling this one of the best emo albums of the year. the instrumentals on this thing are that amazing, particularly peev shalpatine like holy shit.

This album is honestly way better than it has the right to be. Fuck, the song Mathematical was better than a majority of American Football LP 2. The song Average Joe floored me by how legitimate it sounded and I found myself chuckling throughout almost the entire tracklist. Such a high mark of quality for a parody.
