It would be better if that were true. But I think it's music by young women actually pretending they still are teenage girls, which would be OK if it the lyrics were a little less creepy.

I don't know their actual birth dates, but they were supposed to be in middle school when they started the original band 9 years ago, in 2008. So I'm figuring they've got to at least be 20 or so, although they're writing their songs from what seems to be the perspective of high schoolers.

I like the "bad high school girl" vibe they used on this album, but I hope they try something a bit more mature with their next release.
Also, I think this is better than the Cherri Bomb LP.
