also good review although I disagree with the production points. from the stream so far it's pretty obvious the production is a bit muddy and worse than their previous album. however, like Zip said, it's not THAT bad...

Didn't know a review was up yet. Nice review, I think it summed up the album sound well.
Still this is probably the most disappointed I have been in an album. This album just has standout tracks while the first three are straight up boring as fuck. The contrast between the first half of the album and the second half in terms of quality is just too big.

I hated the hotelier change in direction also. Turnover managed to turn it for the better, but hotelier sounded lackluster even after many listens.
I am surprised by the lack of love for cannonless, it is really good.

im hating it less on second listen. i could see this being a 3.5 at most for me eventually. Bobby outshined Leo on Future Is Cancelled by just a little, but i think Leo has the better songs here.
