this is super solid of an album, surprised I never heard of him before this. prob a 3.5/4 on 1 listen. and yeah Patrick Watson is incredible man, that album and Close to Paradise are my favorites by him. very wispy, light, airy piano music with some fantastic production and songwriting

Ars, there's nothing as abrasive as Grid here.. But there are a couple of tracks like Longpig, if not as fast-paced.. I do recommend you check it though.. It's got a couple of its own weird moments..
