The real problem is that the album is shit [2]
unless we're trying to make balls feel bad, in that case how could you say that thing you said about that one person that one time, man.
Not cool.

Well it does and it doesn't Spaceship. Most trans people don't have the money or health to be able to undergo tons of plastic surgery to make them *look* like the gender they are.

Right, I understand that for sure. But I wouldn't say that criticizing appearance is automatically bigotry. Like I said though, could have been done better in this case though.

Plus, why criticize anybody based on their physical appearance? What do you gain, aside from being a bully? So you're not attracted to them, but why do you have to let others know? I mean, you have every right to, but you're just showing how much trash you are to want to put other people down based on something that's not easily changed.

I'm not validating appearance criticism really. Just bringing up the point on principle that identity doesn't necessarily mean you should get special privileges.

But you can't really judge somebody on how hot of a female they are when they were born in a male body. Which Balls didn't at first, but you get what I mean.

Well i honestly had no idea ANOHNI was trans i thought they were just an androgynous looking unattractive male, but as Spaceship said the fact that they're trans shouldn't make them immune or even sheltered from criticism of their physical appearance. Especially if they want to be treated equally as per whatever gender they've changed to.

you judge someone by how hot they are by the degree your nuts move when you see them, you dont give bonus points just because they were born with a falty package

I agree but unfortunately its the way it is. for example hate crime laws have good intentions but are flawed by what you highlighted and ultimately just punish thought

I can understand hate crime laws though. If you assault, verbally, physically or whatever, due to their race/gender/religion/orientation, then it should be know that was the reason for it.
However the spirit of the law is often damaged by the letter of the law, of course.

eh i disagree but this is not the place to begin that sort of argument, you're entitled to your opinion and probably have the majority on your side considering it is the law lol

So if a group of guys beat me while walking home because I'm gay, we are just punishing their thoughts?
"you call a transsexual unattractive it isnt a hate crime wtf"
No it's not. It's just trashy. Calling anybody unattractive for no reason is just trashy.
