Yeah it will be my first time seeing Opeth and even though I'm not big on their new stuff I'm sure I'll enjoy them live enough. I've been waiting years to see them. I'm hoping it will be like BTBAM where I hated Coma Ecliptic but actually enjoyed some of the songs live. Aslong as they play some of their older stuff too.

I saw em years ago at Radio City. They turned off all the lights and lit a single candle in front of each member. The shadow of the drummer was casted on the walls. Fucking crazy

idk i haven't jammed the latest gojira even though i've enjoyed their previous stuff. then again, they aren't really my kinda music anymore. devin is interesting but there's far too much wankery and head scratch inducing experiments in his music imo. opeth kinda sucks these days and mastodon are pretty boring imo
