This is nice. Metal Church has always been reliable, but obviously it's good to hear Howe here again.

I'm with Kill and Nagrarok on this one. It's a 3.5 as far as I can tell. It's very easy to inflate your rating a little when you're excited about something new like this. It's solidly played and I love the way Mike Howe delivers the goods. The songs are another matter. Only a few of them really stick with me. I'll give it time....

There is a lot of energy throughout and the album doesn't seem to slope downwards like many do. I just need a few more songs to really catch my ear.
