what about In the Woods, i've heard good things about Heart of the Ages, i still need to check them tho.

Norway is just an overrated country when it comes to black metal, its ALWAYS the first country to come up, yet Canada, Finland and Iceland all have better scenes.

And what about the czech scene with bands like masters hammer.

Its only brought up first because all the entry level bands come from there, its seems like the most BM country at first but after a while you realize its just overrated, most good BM music is coming out of Iceland or Australia.
If Norways the only country someone thinks of when black metal is mentioned then their probably a newbie.

Seriously its an overrated country, to many documentrys about *Norwegian Black Metal* but none about any other country.

Everyone all faps over the darkthrone and Burzum classics, which is all good, but they overlook the classics from bands like Impaled Nazarene and Masters hammer, which made just as good music.
