on another listen i don't hate the last song as much! I still think those transitions from the post-rock into the heavy DUNN DU DUDUN DUUN riff feel janky but I'm starting to get over it.

deafheaven will and must never be sexy, but the good buttrock they play on here is most of their best stuff. sunbather is alright for daydreaming, envy-ripping shite and the two-three songs on Infinite Granite worth a damn are a fair effort, but this is the goods (ordinary love is still one of the worst albums of all time ssh)
