I mean like some tracks on here I'm like "Yo, this guy has some serious pipes" but others his voice is really weak, especially that opening track. Same with the production, very inconsistent.

yea i did not get why he chose that opener. super underwhelming. and it feels like i have to wait like 2-3 tracks for it to ever pick up. no alb should be like that.
this is like basic pop/rock/metal album track listing 101: always have a banger in the first 3 songs (which is usually the 2nd song).

lotta times the 1st song is like some kinda intro, suite, or epic longer track, some generally unorthodox song to let you know that the following album is unique or special. and then the following song is super catchy and basic pop/rock/metal flaire.
but if it's none of these things, then yeah, usually the it's first song or should be the first song.
