i mean i guess its fluid thats really the most important thing with music based in ambiance so i guess they flow yea they do a good job of flowing and obviously their best feature is the constantly huge atmosphere, they never really let up on that front so its definitely entrancing...... but its the same problem with some of sigur ros' stuff like they focus too much on the feeling and the passing the feelinGs ontooOO yOUuU and not enough focus on the playing or the """vision""" and it leaves me feeling hollow and almost uncomfortable as it works the opposite of how it's supposed to probably cause my mind is fUCKED but anyway its good stuff i will love it once i learn to trust the hammock and accept that they mean me no harm and are not upset with me even though i wouldnt blame them if they were yes that is how i feel thanks good songs hammock good job sorry

So one thing about this that absolutely blows my mind is that Will You Ever Love Yourself? Has absolutely zero percussion and yet it's such a full and perfect song.

It has that light, insistent cymbal tapping all through it though. It's a wonderful song, but that really helps in giving it structure compared to the 100% percussionless songs like Take A Drink / Startle The Heavens

Floating Away is still one of the best post rock songs I've ever heard.
