Cheeto is right. This is way better than Daydream. Evol is awsome though

I forgot to mention the Disney characters on the cover. Or really just anything on the cover.

Crap, my Sister cd just broke. *Curses cheap Canadian manufacturing.*

This CD has got to have the funniest liner notes of all time.

43 minutes of Dick-inspired chaos.

I've dabbled in Dick, I think I really like it. I can't wait for that new movie, A Scanner Darkly. Animated, Disturbing, Sci-fi, Mystery, Radiohead, Dick. Sounds like it's got all the bases covered.
In other notes, the guitars on Pacific Coast Highway, and Hot Wire my Heart are blistering. The songs are okay. I love this album, but not as much as DDN. Schizo and Pipeline rule. My dad knows a couple Schizos.

Actually I dunno, Daydream is slowly becoming better in my eye. Sister may have its throne taken by DN if it keeps getting better.

And I just read the liner notes. I was somewhat creeped out and laughing at the same time.

Daydream Nation stomps this, but it isn't too bad. "Schizophrenia" is great of course. Very nice review.

The way the guitars sound like cellos at the end of Schizophrenia makes me want to just drop to the floor and cry.

This is a brilliant album but I still like DN a lot more.

I listened to this in full last night, and the understanding of why this album is so awesome is beginning to kick in. Cotton Crown, Stereo Sanctity, and Master-Dik are all awesome songs.

So, I listened to Daydream Nation many times and pretty much only liked the first two songs. I listened to Sonic Nurse and didn't like that either. Should I try Sister now?

It depends. They all sound different, out of the three, sister is probably the most punk, but they still have alot of the same qualities, and chances are if you didn't like those two you won't like this.

Personally I can't see why anyone wouldn't like Sonic Nurse though :/This Message Edited On 01.16.07

I find a lot of the songs a bit boring, but my main gripe is that the vocals are very often very annoying. Like on Kissability when he sings "you fly hard, don't you wanna". I really hate that.

Not he, it is Kim Gordon singing on Kissability.

And I personally love all her vocals.
