Ummm Steven Wilson is the dictator when he comes his music, PT was basically him taking some advice from the other members of the band here and there.

Don't think you should rate it if you've only listened so little, especially when giving it such a rate. Not saying it doesn't deserve it, but the tactic is not something I generally like...
