It's all good when he's riding the low end but there's a farty bump in the mids that comes out when he goes up the neck. Love that sound in jazz but it rly works against Rorschach here.

0:23 in the opener is one of the places the farty mid hump in the bass mix is most noticeable. Maybe it's just the quality of this old copy I've got sitting round, but the bass mixing just isn't to my taste.
