Jason Aalon Butler's vocals on wide eyed are one of the most memorable moments on the album.

'specially the first half of his part doesn't work, kinda evens out as he goes but yeah he should've slept in the morning they recorded that or something.

First album was the band's best. The last 2 have each been weaker than the previous. I expect this to follow the same trend.

Still don't see much that's special about that first album.

It's nothing groundbreaking, I just find the overall sound more cathartic. I also think it's Vigil's best vocal performance.
Returners and Get What You Give have some memorable moments too, just not as often as the first.

Fury or Returners; It's always been a dead-tie for me to choose "best" TGI record. So close...

sorry, don't get why so many of you don't like the record. I think it's just great. I could keep on hitting me for not being able to see them live - although they were playing together with breaking alexandria...

They need to get over it and stop being assholes. No need to call out the band over stupid shit like this. Vigil said in an interview that he hasn't kept up with TDEP since Miss Machine.

Lol oh shit they do look really similar.
Yeah I thought those guest vocals sounded misplaced too but on the plus side it made me want to check out the band Letlive
