Strongly disagree there man. If they are radio rock then Everlong is the best radio rock song ever.

"constantly pointing towards the likes of "Best of You" and "Long Road to Ruin" in an attempt to belittle his songwriting
bravado."

i'm not a fan of the band but the fuck kind of sad life have these people lead that they can't appreciate "best of you" as
some stellar anthemic radio rock.

Dave Grohl sure knows how to write a song.

And that's always what the fans say. "But 'Everlong' is so good man."

If you're all naming one song, and the only one at that, that's called a one hit wonder. I won't even give this band that title.

They are radio rock, but yeah, Everlong pretty much is the best radio rock song ever. And Best of You rules. Hell, I like most of this band's material, maybe even more than most people. I wasn't feeling this release though.

Calling them a one hit hit wonder would be more than a disservice to the band imo

Really even more excited for the next album that they've already started work on. This seems like a special type of deal.

Something From Nothing is pretty cool. Haven't heard the whole album yet though.

It's not as experimental as I thought it would be, but it's still a great release with some good variety. I'll be spinning this for the next few days. Very solid review too.

This band has a handful of decent singles...albums on a whole are super boring.

Also how long has this been streaming?

Haven't listened to this all the way through yet, but from what I've heard, no way it's a 4.5.

That would put it as one of the top two FF albums right? Doesn't seem right.
