New album is really good, don't know if I like it as much as this yet. There isnt anything as aggressive as Drown With The Monster, but it's still really sweet. Definitely has a more shoegazy side to it, almost birthday massacre sounding at times.

White Lung albums breeze by me so seemlessly, I still have to figure out if that's a good thing or a bad thing...

Just started digging into those guys and seeing as their albums are over in a jiffy I've already managed to glide through the first three. This one I'd say sounds a bit more bland. The pop element applied relies on fairly similar melodic passages and hooks, so it's more like a distillation of their previous style then an elaboration. Even if the production is much bigger and has more depth.
