@Jac there's just too much shit going on, can never really grasp what's going on. Also, the shitty production doesn't help in that matter whatsoever.

Ye, need them syringing bad but I still didn't enjoy this.

Wish some of the really good riffs lasted longer, songs seem to jump so quickly from one pattern to another.

I don't want more repetition dude, I just want the really sweet riffs (when they pop up) to stick with me and last longer!

More jams are needed, will rid of my rating and come back to this,

A bit hasty with the rating, I guess my main issue is the production. If this had better production I'm sure I would enjoy it more!

It actually really hurts my ears at times, someone needs to come along and give these guys the production job they deserve.

Trying to stop rating shit after 1 listen Rider haha, I find I revisit things more than once when I lay off an insta-rating.

Kinda like arguing with one friend of mine, he says that all modern metal has shitty production, because it's based on recording the rawest, most sterile possible signal and processing it electronically rather than recording it in a more analog manner. oh well

well what I've personally noticed with how almost all metal recordings go these days you miss out on a lot of the atmosphere and natural acoustics because everything is just DI'ed to death.

that being said, in today's metal world, you're only as good as your live performance. which is a huge plus because people are starting to see past the bullshit and say "ok your album is a great PRODUCT, but can you play it live"

so we've kinda lost something and gained something else back in a way
