Sure this isn't their best work, but its better than Marrow, and on par with Faustian.

I think it would have been better if you said the same thing several different ways instead of the same thing over and over. That way it would be repetitive but it would be easier to read.

i won't read a review until this has been streaming for at least a week. the sad thing is this will get a handful of reviews today because people are more concerned about getting their review up than giving the album time to really sink in [3]



It's ridiculous that you all have already made judgements on this. It's always taken at least a week for any Agalloch album to sink in for me; you can't just listen once or twice and act like you fully understand it.

Not as good as Marrow, but I don't think it's as shitty as lots of people are claiming it to be. Will probably be a 3.5 for me.
