While it may be a technical exercise its still hilariously fun to listen to IMO. I think it deserves at least 3.5-4 even though the drums do sound rather plastic.

This is so jumpy and all over the place tech death, but I don't ever think of it as being a wankfest all of the time. The vocals are kind of over the top tho.

I have to go into Tech death with a different state of mind to enjoy it. I just look at the album art when I listen to this and it fits pretty nicely

Review misses the mark for me, I'm getting an early to mid 00's feeling about this album, like early Hour Of Penance and Spawn Of Possession releases. Production is a little clean indeed but I'm really digging it

Origin don't really pull off anything nearly as well as this band IMO. But I do see the similarities to Origin and Spawn of Possession.
