Chang admits it was a considerable financial cost to create the albums artwork, which included flying in a model from Croatia to the States and getting a designer to custom make a latex suit. “It represents plug suits, which are very common in Japanese anime, in which these pilots get all these fluids stuck to them, like oxygen and nutrients and stuff, and then they submerge them in these mineral baths that are oxygenated, and then they breathe through that. They are powering the machines and planes so the only way people could maneuver is if they survive with the g-force environment is to be in this container so they wouldn’t be feel the full effect.”

haha nice

edit: weeeew this is awesome

lol Arise was pretty shitty, but anything Stand Alone Complex and earlier is top notch. besides, that award goes to the modern Gundam adaptations, easily

if by that you mean one of the most watered down universes in anime, yes

rev thinking people take his anime tastes seriously

really? i did hear that it was crappy from an avid Neon Genesis fan, so maybe his jimmies were rustled because they changed stuff up from the original.

It wasn't

There are several eva games in the PS2 but none of them were released outside of Japan either.

Oh, and going back to this now, this is definitely better than the other two for me, it seems a little closer to DA than any of the previous ones for some reason

And ehhh I dunno about the production, at times I think it fits then at other times I think something less polished could've made it better
