Love that Kelland's bass is higher in the mix this time 'round, gives the song a sort of underlying tremor even during the ~softer~ bits. His vox are also noticeably more guttural and he's changing up his delivery which is a welcome change of pace from the slightly monotonous performance he gave on Vermis. I think what I like most about the song is the increased presence of melody during the aforementioned softer bits, gives them more room to develop their ideas and advance the track even when it's cooling down. Best song ever, etc.



Also the drums aren't too loud, if anything they were too quiet on Vermis.
