I finished this album within a five month period, but the two tracks that took the longest were
"Opened Doors and Sacred Hearts" and "Amethyst."
"Opened Doors and Sacred Hearts" took a little over a month to work out, but I have multiple versions
of that song. Including a 40 minute version somewhere on my laptop.
"Amethyst" was another tribal track I was working on for a while, but it didn't make the cut.

"Winterfall" is my song of the year. Tbqh, my family loves this album a bunch. Some of the choice dance beats you include makes my five year old daughter dance like a maniac hahahaha. The few moments of dark ambient I have to skip over (they just don't appreciate it like I do) but for the most part, I can see myself getting deep into this like I have with Ulver's electronic discography.

name before. It's a personal favorite.
