I’ve never been able to pinpoint my favorite Dylan album but honestly I need to stop lying to myself, it’s this one. Number two is probably blood on the tracks. But Don’t Think Twice, Girl from the North Country, and Blowin in the Wind are some of my most revisited tracks

I don’t vibe with everything here but at its best there’s an elemental power to this and other early Dylan stuff that little else can match.

Yeah, I’m just a sucker for the stripped down folk stuff. I love “electric” Dylan as well so BITABH and BOB are great, but this and The Times Are A Changing just hit me in a close way
