Not that great?

This is their greatest album since Rust In Peace. Countdown was pretty awesome but had dull moments. This record is relentless, heavy, and VERY-well produced.

How the Story Ends is the best song on this agreed

a 2, Doofus? Wow, that's harsh. I'm bumping this up to 3.5, cause I thought that this record has found its right place within the Megadeth discog. I guess time makes you appreciate things more. I can't stop listening to Endgame (song), The Hardest Part..., Headcrusher and 44 Minutes. The Right to Go Insane I slagged, but it's cool also.

Headcrusher is good, the hardest part is enjoyable too.

44 Minutes I actually think is one on the worst recent Megadeth songs, the lyrics and vocals are horrific. This Day We Fight Dave seems to be struggling to sing in time with the music, he sounds like your grandpa trying to karaoke sing over Angel of Death. The right to go insane and Bite the hand feel like filler. It's just a below average album for me

This and System has Failed are their recent good efforts.

But this and System sound very different. I'd say System and Dystopia sound more similar and are their recent best

^ Agreed. Thematically, System and Dystopia are more connected than with Endgame.
