imo Ixnay is a bit overrated, while Ignition is underrated.

Except for It'll Be A Long Time I don't like any of those too much. Especially don't get why almost everyone loves Self Esteem and the t/t.

On the other hand the first half has Bad Habit, Genocide, Keep Em Separated, Something To Believe In, Nitro. All great stuff.

Amazing how a band can write Ignition and Smash and then have such a huge downfall.

Is a letdown compared with smash but still is a relaly fun record, more mainstream but still pretty enjoyable and better than most of their pop punk contemporaries

I wasn't referring to this album in particular, though my rating is probably more of a 2.8 than 3 tbh. I meant their career from this album on in general.

COnspiracy still has some quality, since splinter offspring became dull

Conspiracy is absolutely dreadful for me, bottom of the barrel for me. Had this band quit after Smash or Ixnay they'd be legendary, early 90s Offspring is fucking fantastic.
