You can't go wrong with vocal harmonies with this band like ever. So well done. It's too bad Wilson doesn't always hold his own when singing by himself.

Yeah Wilson really knows how to use multi-track vocals exceptionally well, Every Home is Wired especially

i just downloaded the uk and us originals and mixed em together, so you get all the tracks without the huge compression of the remaster

the drums were re-corded for dislocated day and moon touches your shoulder for the remaster tho which do sound a bit better but its not like up the downstair which had a complete re-recording of em

yea a lot more power but the original sounds quite a bit nicer especially on the quieter parts on the t/t, compression really kills a lot of the subtle sounds on that one

If you listen with great handphones you hear lots of shit going on. PT in genral is best listened to with headphones cause most of their stuff is really atmospheric.

its so hard to keep up with the plethora of music that exists that its just so annoying when theres multiple versions/remasters of an album and then i'm worrying about whether i have the right one and its a fucking headeach

yea its usually just best to go with the originals, which are always labelled on rutracker, shit like soulseek and a lot of blogs usually dont even specify
