Yeah, if Dummy is the smoke out of a bottle, this is the bottom of that bottle.

I don't even like this as much as Third, let alone Dummy. All rule though, of course.

None are as good as Beth Gibbons record with Rustin Man. That really is an underrated gem.

Mourning Air is very close to Dummy stylistically and quality-wise. Apart from that one, this album doesn't place the emphasis as much on strong individual songs as Dummy did and focusses more on an overall atmosphere - not saying that Dummy didn't have one, but this one is just a little deeper involved with it. I just wished this hadn't Only You because damn, that's the one big stain that Dummy didn't have.

Not close to Dummy but still...
I am with Zaka, that Beth Gibbons with Rustin Man album is so good.

Deserves a bump. Record's fantastic and Humming is all kinds of perfect.

I sometimes feel this is their best record. On other days I think it's the others. This band is insanely good.
I've been lucky enough to see them live two times and they rule as much as you'd hope live (as Roseland shows). At one point Beth stepped off from the stage and walked through the crowd, just to have some fun. Great vibes.

Same. Dummy is the standard but I switch between which is my fave. Third is massively underrated.
