my main problem with this album, & honestly Drake's discog, is that he seems to choose the wrong times to expand or for that matter contract. Like Take Care & Views are just too long, there's no way around it - but this record, he left like 3 or 4 of the best songs off the album for no reason other than to keep it shorter
making a more concise album is totally sensible coming after a record like Take Care, but when the shorter runtime is just gonna be occupied by shit like 305 to my City instead of something like Come Thru, it kinda detracts instead of strengthens
I don't know, I just feel like he & 40 chose the wrong album to augment
