The Blackest beautiful by letlive is my second review, when I first heard Banshee, I decided to pre-ordered the album because I found the song pretty good, the vocals and the rythms hyped me.

After waiting a couple of weeks to finally received my copy, I was finally able to listen to the album, but I was anxious due the fact that I listened to somes songs on youtube and there was something that sounded wrong to me, I needed to focus a lot to be able to hear the lyrics and a lot more to hear the instruments.

This doesn't belong in a review, because honestly no one cares

Literally nobody has claimed this is a masterpiece. The best reviews I've read are basically "fun for what it is, don't expect more"

"all these low ratings...obviously never seen the anarchy that is letlive."

Doesn't make this album any better though

I listened to the album about 10 times, I really want to like it, but for me the production just doesn't fit

Neevr saw them live, but I don't think that to be that good live is an excuse to make sound your studio album like you were listening to the band live 50 feet from the stage

Well said, the production is shit.

The production is a big contradiction; it sounds muddy, but at the same time it sounds overproduced because of the lauered vocals amd weird vocal effects.

Say what you want about their pre-fake history stuff, but atleast those two records sounded real

@Tunaboy45 : Still trying to understand why people gave this really good reviews, I read a lot of reviews were the reviewers were stating : "the production is muddy, the vox are overproduced, but I did gave to album a 4 out o 5". Wait did I miss something here ??

Clearly they enjoyed the songs regardless of the production. I know I do. The production isn't great, but it's not ruinously bad

I know, but I was unable to get over the production and to enjoy more the album...I tried with multiples listens, but for me it ruins the album
